Are you often accused of being a beer snob?
Do you crave beer with flavor?
Are you disappointed with the boring beer selection at casinos?
If you answered yes to one or all of these questions, you are definitely a beer connoisseur. As a beer lover you will be thrilled to hear about Sarah Johnson, the first female in Nevada to become a Certified Cicerone. Basically that means she’s officially a beer expert. This is quite a distinction, as there are only 700 Certified Cicerones worldwide. Sarah is the Director of Food & Beverage at Mandalay Bay. With her extensive knowledge and love of beer, she hopes to develop a more expansive beer list throughout the resort. Currently the featured craft beers include Firestone Walker Pivo Pils, Goose Island Sofie, New Belgium Fat Tire, Rogue Dead Guy, Lagunitas IPA and Brooklyn Brown Ale. Mandalay Bay may suddenly become your favorite casino and resort. Cheers!
